House of Trend Store reserves the right to reject or cancel any order due to pricing errors, fraudulent activity, or stock unavailability.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver across Pakistan. Shipping times and costs depend on your location and selected delivery option.

Delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. House of Trend Store is not responsible for delays beyond our control.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. Any additional costs due to incorrect details will be the customer’s responsibility.

4. Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Some items (e.g., custom-stitched or worn apparel) are non-returnable.

Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 5 business days.

5. Warranty & Product Care

All products are quality-checked before dispatch. However, we do not offer a warranty on clothing.

Color variation, shrinkage, and wash damage due to improper care are not covered.

We strive for accurate product descriptions but do not guarantee all details are error-free.
